I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production time before your order is shipped. The average shipping time is 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 days, please email us at info@homefinity.co.

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund. Always include your name and order number with the return.
Please note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it to receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty, but only before it has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our simple return process to receive a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, reply to the order confirmation email and provide the correct address. Double-check the address and email us within 24 hours at info@homefinity.co. If the address is corrected within that time, we will update it. After 24 hours, no refund is possible for an incorrectly entered address.

Shipping time varies, as we ship worldwide from different distribution centers depending on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
